Calory Brake tablets from the Soria Natural brand in the Clean Diet range are made with H2O Slim® (mushroom extract) and white kidney bean extract to help block the absorption of carbohydrates and fats from large meals.

Main ingredients:
Per Tablet: H2O Slim® (Mushroom Extract)*, Stabilizer: Microcrystalline Cellulose, White Kidney Bean Extract*, Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Salt and Silicon Dioxide, Stabilizer: Croscarmellose sodium. *Natural origin.

Mushroom extract helps reduce fat and sugar absorption. Reduces the breakdown and absorption of fat and carbohydrates by inhibiting the activity of fat-digesting enzymes (eg: lipase) and sugar-digesting enzymes (eg: α-glucosidase).

White kidney bean extract is rich in a natural compound called an alpha-amylase inhibitor. Alpha-amylase is an enzyme involved in the breakdown and digestion of carbohydrates (starch). The α-amylase inhibitors in white kidney beans can reduce the activity of α-amylase in the intestine, which in turn reduces the breakdown and absorption of carbohydrates, especially when large amounts of carbohydrates are consumed in large meals.

Dosage: (depending on the diet of each meal)
Take 2 tablets daily before a large meal and as needed.

Precautions:
Do not take more than the recommended dose. Overdose may cause diarrhea. Do not take it as a meal replacement, which may reduce the absorption of the drug. It is not recommended to take it at the same time as the drug. Sensitive to ingredients, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding should not take it.
People with diabetes or taking hypoglycemic drugs are advised to consult professional medical professionals first.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
